Arthur warminton's Secret

Last weekend The New York Post ran a story about a man who recently celebrated his 110th birthday. When asked what his secret was he credited his "cheerful sense of humor." How important a role does humor play in your life and do you think it helps preserve your youth?

    I most definately think a sense of light-heartedness and laughter prolongs life. Unfortunately, much of that is squeezed out of us with the pressures of everyday life.

    I find myself laughing most when I'm around small children like my son.
