...I have decided that the key to staying fit is to find a form of excercise that you feel passionate about. For me, it is dance. I performed at an event this weekend with hundreds of other dancers. But, it always gives me incredible incentive to see women that are still dancing at the age of 70 or 80!!! That is passion!
I see older people at gym...or people that are struggling to loose a large amount of weight and feel very guilty about being lazy sometimes. Shame on me!!!!

1) Pick a type of exercise that you enjoy.
2) Watch others and let their accomplishments/efforts inspire you.
