I used to lift weights about a year ago, but my life got a little busy and I stopped all forms of exercise. I'm wondering what you guys would suggest to get me started back up again? Motivation is also something I'm fighting with, but basically I want to loose about 10 pounds of 'winter fat' I've packed on, gain my old strength back and sculpt my body. Thanks for any feed-back.

Fri, December 2, 2005 - 9:34 PMHave you tried finding an exercise buddy? maybe someone who already has a routine that you could kind of tag along with. Or perhaps a competition with someone (near or far) to see who can reach a certain goal first with a prize at the end...
