Everyone has different challenges that interfere with adherence to there exercise routine. For some the routine becomes stale and needs to be changed. For others challenges in their daily life (family responsibilities, etc.) create an atmosphere where it's easier to turn their attention elsewhere. If you let me know more about your situation I might be able to advise you better. Also, an article I've written on keeping your client motivated will be appearing in the Spring issue of Habibi magazine. You might want to check that out for some additional ideas.
